This program is designed for young leaders aged 18 to 35 who are passionate about driving positive change in their communities and countries. It caters to individuals who demonstrate leadership in public service, business and entrepreneurship, or civic engagement.

YALI 2024 Focus Areas

Participants will engage in intensive training across three primary tracks:

Business and Entrepreneurship
Civic Leadership
Public Management
The curriculum emphasizes interactive and experiential learning to develop individual and team leadership skills, innovation, and communication.

YALI 2024 Program Duration

The duration and format of each cohort are as follows:

• Cohort 57: Blended/Hybrid, May 20 – May 31, 2024 (Training: August 19 – September 30, 2024)
• Cohort 58: Fully Virtual/Online, May 20 – May 31, 2024 (Training: September 23 – October 18, 2024)

• Be eligible for a Kenyan visa
